Arthur Hill and Company is a developer of upscale malls through the United States. To promote their newest construction, Church Street Station in Evanston, Illinois, RDR took existing footage from a recently opened mall in Denver, Colorado to produce a very effective, high energy piece to help develop local interest in this 90 million dollar project.
