Luxottica, the Italian based parent company of LensCrafters, North America’s largest chain of prescription eyewear, was looking for a way to document, “The Ideal Customer Experience”, based on a letter sent to the company from a satisfied consumer. RDR interviewed the author of this letter against a green screen wall and transformed a somewhat mundane interview into a visually stimulating program by enhancing the background with graphics, text and images. The video was shown on a giant projection screen at an annual national meeting of their company in Cincinnati, Ohio and has been distributed throughout the chain to illustrate how to best service customers.
